About

A consultancy that shows its working.

Ten Days is an AI transformation consultancy. We put working AI capability into organisations and prove the value change on their own numbers — in ten days, senior practitioners only, no theatre.

The consultancy

We have spent careers close to implementation — leading engineering teams, designing cloud architectures, building products and advising on strategy in financial services, professional services and the public sector. The advisory work was always grounded in the build; the build is now the fastest part.

We are deliberately small and intend to stay that way. The people who model your machine are the people in the room, and the goal of every engagement is to make our involvement progressively unnecessary.

The name

Ten days used to be our answer to how long it took to identify what had to change, and to hand the business a plan to implement. That was the discovery phase, and it was honest work. It is also over. AI has collapsed the cost of the doing to the point where the same ten days now cover the implementation and the demonstration of value. The name stayed; the promise underneath it moved.

The house view

What we believe — plainly.

  • 01The unit of disruption is the flow, not the job. Organisations are machines made of queues, and AI re-plumbs the machine.
  • 02The economics are decisive now, not eventually. A £4,500 build is a £28 build. Waiting for certainty is a decision, and it has a price.
  • 03Sandboxes are theatre. Only live work, honestly measured, tells you anything worth paying for.
  • 04Plans age faster than approval cycles. The Constraint Migration outruns the roadmap; implementation is the only analysis that survives contact.
  • 05None of it is fate. Technology’s effects are chosen. We build instruments so the choices stay visible while they are still choices.

People

Ten Days is a technology practice: cloud infrastructure, software engineering and AI-enabled systems, built across complex organisations and regulated environments. The essays and instruments in the lab are the work of the people who run it.
